Video CG board

If you already have a high quality, high capacity personal computer, then you can add a Compix Media board and software kit for a complete character generator.

The Compix Media Video CG Plus board & software kit provides broadcast quality composite and Y/C (s-video) connections.The compix Media Plus board & software kit has an additional port to add and optional SDI output device at the time of purchase or at a later time. The SDI output is SMPTE 259M standard compatible (10bit 4:2:2 SDI). The Compix Media Video CG Plus board & software kit can work with either NTSC or PAL systems. The Compix Media CG Plus board & software kit can use the multilingual capability available through the windows operating systems. It can also be well suited for bulletin board applications as well as digital signage requirements.

The Compix Media Plus board & software kit provides broadcast quality, �live on-air' capabilities and operational logic. It allows users to instantly insert characters over a live video feed. The Video CG Plus can also be used in a post production capacity, inserting characters over edited video streams. The Video CG Plus board & software kit features full genlock circuitry with input synchronization.
With a built-in downstream linear alpha keyer and 256 transparency levels; the VideoCG Plus can be inserted into both systems with and without switchers. Titles can be snapped instantly on to a video feed, even without an expensive video switcher.

The Compix Media Plus board & software kit comes with Compix Media GenCG� character generation software. Other Compix Media software products can be added at any time.
